Role Description The Electronics Engineer will work on-site in Bhubaneswar in a full-time capacity, contributing to the design, development, and optimization of electronic systems for autonomous drone platforms and related infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing electronic circuits and PCB layouts, selecting components, and collaborating with mechanical, firmware, and software teams to integrate electronics into complete systems. The role involves testing, debugging, and validating electronic assemblies, preparing technical documentation, and supporting prototyping and field trials.
The engineer will also help improve reliability, safety, and performance of power systems, sensors, and communication modules used in high-risk industrial environments. Regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders is expected to ensure that designs meet performance, compliance, and manufacturing requirements.
Qualifications Strong foundation in Electronic Engineering and Electronics, with the ability to design and analyze electronic systems for industrial applications.
Hands-on experience with Circuit Design, including schematic capture, PCB design, and component selection for embedded and power electronics.
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles, particularly in power distribution, grounding, and safety for complex hardware systems.
Proficiency in Testing and validation of electronic circuits and assemblies, including use of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and sensor integration is highly beneficial.
Familiarity with industry standards, EMI/EMC considerations, and design for manufacturability is an advantage.
Ability to document designs clearly, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and work in office in a fast-paced hardware development environment.
