Electrical Engineer / Site Supervisor

Location: Mumbai

Employment: Full time

Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

What You Will Do

- Visit project sites and supervise electrical and lighting-related execution.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors, electricians and site teams.
- Ensure lighting installations are executed according to approved drawings.
- Read and interpret electrical, lighting and architectural drawings.
- Check wiring, conduits, junction boxes, drivers, fixtures and control systems.
- Verify fixture positions and installation details at site.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors and consultants.
- Identify site discrepancies and communicate them to the design team.
- Take site measurements and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare site reports, snag lists and progress updates.
- Check lighting fixtures and materials received at site.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors regarding pending work and deliveries.
- Follow up on site execution and ensure work progresses according to project requirements.




- Assist the lighting design team with technical and site-related information.

What We Are Looking For
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of basic electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Interest in architectural lighting and the built environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Ability to work independently and follow up with contractors.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Practical approach to problem solving.

A Plus

Knowledge of

- AutoCAD
- Lighting fixtures and LED systems
- LED drivers
- Dimming systems and lighting controls
- Electrical site execution
- Architectural / interior drawings
- MEP coordination

Previous site experience or internships will be an advantage.

Salary: Based on qualification and experience.

Pay: ₹11,193.06 - ₹45,823.82 per month
