Role Description This is a full-time, in office Electrical Engineer role based in Delhi, India.

The Electrical

Engineer will design, analyze, and review electrical systems and layouts for commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing electrical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, and supporting power distribution and power system planning. The role involves coordinating with project managers, other engineers, and external stakeholders, reviewing vendor documentation, and providing technical support during installation, testing, and commissioning.

Engineer will also troubleshoot electrical issues, recommend improvements for safety and efficiency, and maintain accurate project documentation.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and practical knowledge of electricity and electrical safety principles.
- Proficiency in Electrical Design, including preparation of schematics, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Experience with Power Distribution systems, including load calculation, cable sizing, and protective device selection.
- Understanding of Power Systems, grid interaction, and system reliability and stability considerations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to interpret codes and standards, and apply them to design and site activities.
- Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) and basic calculation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
- Prior experience in building services, industrial plants, or infrastructure projects in India is an advantage.
