Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Design Cum Trainer role based in Kolhapur. The role involves designing and reviewing electrical systems and layouts, preparing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety practices.

The Electrical Design Cum

Trainer will develop and deliver training programs on electrical design concepts, tools, and applications to learners and professionals.

Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, conducting classroom and practical sessions, assessing learner performance, and updating curricula to reflect current industry practices and technologies.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to align training content with real-world project requirements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Design Thinking and Instructional Design to create effective, learner-centered technical training solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Training to design structured programs and deliver technical content in a clear, practical manner.
- Candidates should possess solid Teaching and Training skills to facilitate sessions, mentor learners, and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in electrical design (e.g., power distribution, control panels, industrial or building systems).
- Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design tools and software, and familiarity with applicable codes and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain complex concepts in an accessible way.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training and design assignments.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or technical mentor in the electrical domain is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
