Role : Electrical Design and Estimation Engineer

:

As an Electrical Design Engineer at DPM Instruments Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in the Design and Development of Industrial Automation Control Systems, including detailed engineering, designing, and the supply of complete control systems. This position requires a candidate with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience and excellent communication and client handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Electrical Design: Develop detailed electrical designs for a diverse range of applications and industries in the industrial automation sector.

· AutoCAD Electrical: Proficiently use AutoCAD Electrical software for schematic design, panel layout, wiring diagrams, and the preparation of wiring diagrams.

· Control Panel Design: Create and optimize control panels to meet industry standards and project requirements.

· BOM Preparation: Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs), including size and rating calculations.

· Basic PLC and HMI Knowledge: Possess basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems.

· Material Checklist: Prepare an electrical material checklist for proper site execution works.

· Client and Consultant Coordination: Collaborate with clients and consultants for approvals and project coordination.

· Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely supply of materials and components.

· Inter-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other technical departments, the planning team, and the purchase team to ensure smooth project execution.

· Material Inspection:



Conduct material inspections for technical clearance.

Essential Skills:

· Knowledge of Electrical Circuits and Control Panel Design.

· Proficiency in BOM preparation, size, and rating calculations.

· Basic understanding of PLC and HMI systems.

· Ability to prepare wiring diagrams in AutoCAD.

· Strong organizational skills to prepare electrical material checklists.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

· 1 to 3 years of experience in electrical design and AutoCAD Electrical software.

· Positive communication and client handling capabilities.

Note: A probation period of 6 months is applicable to all candidates, including freshers and experienced professionals.

· Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Working Hours:

· 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
