About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Education Counselor to join our Kochi – Ravipuram team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents on overseas education opportunities, converting enquiries into applications, and supporting students throughout the admission journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, countries, eligibility, and career prospects.
- Understand students’ academic background, career goals, financial capacity, and preferences to recommend suitable options.
- Handle walk-ins, leads, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and counselling sessions effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into applications and confirmed admissions through effective counselling and consistent follow-ups.
- Guide students through the complete application process, including documentation, university applications, offers, and admission procedures.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely updates in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with students to ensure timely submission of applications and required documents.
- Coordinate with the admissions, documentation, and visa teams for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on university requirements, intakes, scholarships, country-specific regulations, and admission processes.
- Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and other student engagement activities when required.




- Achieve assigned monthly application, deposit, and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and ethical counselling practices while building strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad Counselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Strong knowledge of international education destinations, courses, and admission procedures.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust counselling, convincing, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Ability to handle student and parent queries confidently.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working in a performance-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates with experience in UK, Germany, Australia, Canada, Ireland, or other major study-abroad destinations will be preferred.
