For schools, Edoo Mate provides a scalable, cost-effective assistant that increases engagement and extends support beyond classroom hours, while families benefit from a safe, always-available study partner.

Role Description The Edtech Sales Intern will support the growth of Edoo Mate App by identifying and engaging potential school and family users through online outreach and virtual meetings. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with lead generation, conducting introductory product demos, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. The intern will collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to follow up with prospects, support onboarding, and gather feedback to improve the sales approach.





This is an internship role and is fully remote, offering flexible hours and exposure to the edtech sector.

Qualifications

Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with schools, families, and internal teams.

Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, support prospective users, and maintain a helpful, professional manner.

Sales skills to assist in lead generation, outreach, and presenting the value of Edoo Mate App to potential users.

Training and basic Sales Management skills to help with product demos, onboarding materials, and tracking sales activities.

Interest in education, technology, or AI-driven learning tools; prior experience in edtech or tutoring is a plus.

Comfort with remote work, digital collaboration tools, and maintaining organized records of calls and meetings.

Self-motivated, keen to learn, and able to take initiative with guidance from the sales team.

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
