SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Develop and coordinate ELV system designs including CCTV, access control, PA, BMS, and fire alarm systems.

Review drawings, schematics, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance with standards.

Coordinate ELV integration with electrical and mechanical systems.

Conduct design validation and optimize system layouts for performance and cost.

Support execution teams with technical clarifications and commissioning inputs.

Review vendor submissions and ensure interface compatibility SECTION IV:

Design and coordination of ELV systems for large-scale building projects with knowledge of NFPA, BICSI, BIS, and TIA standards.
