Role Description The Editorial Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The person in this role supports the editorial team with day-to-day tasks such as drafting and revising articles, formatting content for publication, and ensuring consistency with editorial guidelines.

Responsibilities include text editing, proofreading, fact-checking, and coordinating with writers and contributors to meet deadlines.

The Editorial

Assistant also helps organize editorial calendars, tracks content performance,



and collaborates with the team to generate ideas that align with the brand’s focus on men’s health and wellness. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong Writing and Editorial skills, with the ability to support content creation and maintain a consistent voice.

Proficiency in Text Editing and Proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to style guidelines.

Effective Communication skills for collaborating with editors, writers, and other stakeholders.

Basic familiarity with digital publishing tools and content management systems is beneficial.

Valuable organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred.

Interest in men’s health, wellness, and social issues, with sensitivity toward diverse perspectives.

Prior internship or experience in an editorial, media, or publishing environment is an advantage.

Financial Remuneration
