Role Description The Ecommerce Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day online store operations. The role includes setting up and maintaining product listings, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory, and coordinating product descriptions, images, and categorization for a seamless customer experience.

The Ecommerce

Operator will monitor orders, support order processing and returns handling, and collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to maintain smooth fulfillment.



This role also involves tracking basic performance metrics, assisting with online promotions and campaigns, and ensuring the ecommerce platform reflects current brand initiatives and product offerings.

Qualifications

Experience with ecommerce platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and online catalog management.

Strong attention to detail for product listing accuracy, inventory tracking, and order monitoring.

Basic understanding of digital sales, online merchandising, and customer journey in an ecommerce environment.

Comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, and using online tools to track orders and performance indicators.

Good communication and collaboration skills to work with operations, logistics, marketing, and customer service teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, work on-site in Gurugram, and handle fast-paced, dynamic workflows.

Prior experience in ecommerce, retail, wellness, or consumer products is preferred but not required.

Relevant education in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
