? ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an ambitious Seller Growth & Marketplace Manager to build and scale AdxReel's seller ecosystem.

You will be responsible for acquiring and onboarding sellers, educating them about AdxReel, driving product listings and sales, building a seller acquisition team, and generating marketplace revenue.

You will also show sellers how AdxReel complements platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart through Social Video + Creators + Advertising + AI + Rewards + Commerce.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?️ Seller Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify and approach brands, manufacturers, retailers, D2C businesses, and online sellers.
- Explain AdxReel's seller opportunities and marketplace model.
- Onboard and train sellers.
- Help sellers list, promote, and sell products.
- Build long-term seller relationships.

? Build & Manage Seller Team
- Recruit and train seller onboarding executives.
- Set and monitor team targets.
- Develop seller acquisition processes.
- Improve conversion and onboarding performance.
- Build a scalable seller growth team.

? Seller Growth & Revenue More Sellers → More Products → More Customers → More Orders → More Revenue

- Activate newly onboarded sellers.
- Increase product listings and seller activity.
- Drive marketplace transactions and revenue.
- Promote advertising and creator opportunities.
- Identify and grow high-potential sellers.
