We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow our presence across key e-commerce platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, transitioning brand operations from Myntra/Ajio to Amazon/Flipkart and driving marketplace growth. Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end marketplace operations across Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Plan and execute the transition/expansion of listings and operations to Amazon and Flipkart.

Track and meet all event deadlines (sale events, catalog uploads, promotions) across platforms.

Optimize product listings, keywords, pricing, and content for improved visibility and conversion.

Monitor account health, ratings,



and reviews, and resolve platform-related issues promptly.

Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, design, finance) to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies.

Ensure timely stock updates, order fulfillment tracking, and returns management.

Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline.

2–3 years of experience managing marketplace operations (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms).

Strong understanding of marketplace seller panels, catalog management, and event planning.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive optimization.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.

Strong communication and coordination skills to liaise with marketplace teams and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
