To drive e-commerce business growth for Usha by managing online marketplaces, improving sales performance, expanding channel presence, and delivering revenue and profitability targets.
Job roles and responsibilities : -
Manage daily end-to-end operations for Marketplace -Amazon, Flipkart, etc. with Quick Commerce operations – Zepto / Blinkit / Big Basket etc.
New Partner Onboarding formalities.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouses to prevent stockouts/Stock transfers .
Timely Order processing and fulfilment and ensure 100% fill rate.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Resolve customer/partner issues.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
5–8 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce Sales/Marketplace Management, preferably within Consumer Durables or similar industries.
