Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled E-Learning Developer responsible for building and developing digital learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. The role will work closely with Instructional Designers and Learning Experience Designers to transform approved storyboards, scripts, and designs into engaging and functional e-learning courses. Key Responsibilities
Develop interactive e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Convert approved scripts and storyboards into engaging digital learning modules.
Build interactions, scenarios, quizzes, assessments, and simulations.
Integrate graphics, animations, audio, video, voiceovers, and other multimedia elements.
Create AI-powered videos and learning content using Synthesia and similar tools.
Develop and publish SCORM/xAPI-compatible content for LMS deployment.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers, LXDs, SMEs, and stakeholders to meet learning and design requirements.
Conduct functional testing, quality assurance, proofreading, and troubleshooting before deployment.
Ensure consistent navigation, accessibility, visual quality, and learner experience across courses.
Update existing courses and manage multiple development projects while meeting agreed timelines and quality standards.
Key Skills & Experience
2–5 years of relevant experience in e-learning development or digital learning.
Solid hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
Experience developing courses from approved storyboards, scripts, and instructional designs.
Good understanding of SCORM, xAPI, LMS platforms, and e-learning publishing standards.
Experience creating interactive learning, assessments, scenarios, and simulations.
Working knowledge of Synthesia or similar AI-based video creation tools.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe tools, audio/video editing, graphics, and AI-assisted content development tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of instructional design and learner experience principles.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, troubleshooting, and time-management skills.
Language & Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and proofreading for reviewing on-screen learning content.
Ability to understand scripts and storyboards and identify basic language or content inconsistencies before course development.
Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage, particularly for multilingual e-learning projects.
