Our content QA specialists ensure every course, simulation, and microlearning module shipped meets the highest standards of accuracy, accessibility, instructional design, and technical performance—before it reaches millions of learners.
Role & Responsibilities Execute end-to-end QA across e-learning modules—including SCORM/xAPI compliance, navigation logic, multimedia sync, and assessment validity.
Validate instructional content for alignment with learning objectives, subject matter accuracy, and pedagogical soundness.
Test responsive design across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) and LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, TalentLMS, etc.).
Document defects, track resolution via Jira/Trello, and collaborate with content developers and instructional designers for rapid iteration.
Verify accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA)
including screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and alt-text implementation.
Conduct user Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, gather feedback, and refine QA checklists to improve future release quality.
