Purpose of the role

Create engaging e-learning interventions related to regulatory and legislative topics, financial services products and exam material and workplace competency and behavioural subjects for advisers across SBG and launch through the Learning Management system any relevant Continued Professional Development activities, Professional Development reading and Annual Knowledge Assessments.

To support in the creation and delivery of bespoke testing through the Learning Management System (LMS) for Bankhall Academy and Bankhall Bespoke Solutions clients.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Learning Managers and subject matter experts across the business to identify the range of e-learning topics required and the learning outcomes to be achieved for the specific audiences they are targeted to.

· Provide constructive feedback on the content provided by subject matter experts regarding its interest, consistency, structure and flow.

· Project manage the design schedule of all e-learning creation activity.

· Creative, interactive and engaging e-learning interventions, including the use of relevant and available design and functionality features and incorporating a range of assessment techniques. · Publish content to the LMS and fulfil the assignment to relevant learners where required, utilising the LMS functionality for the assessment of learning.

· Make recommendation of the alternative learning options for distance, technology enabled learning interventions and accompanying to those such as e-books, video recordings, pod casts.

LMS Bespoke Testing (support role)

· Create assessments to meet client specification using question bank resources, client assets and SBG intelligence.

· Collaborate with the appropriate learning manager or subject matter expert to gain approval for the content and questions,



prior to the client approval process and subsequent launch of the assessments

· Set audiences within LMS in accordance with client specification

Responsibility to cover ad-hoc duties

· To undertake projects as and when required, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives.

Critical skills required

· You will require an awareness of operational and regulatory risk, which may impact on SBG. You will be responsible for reporting to their line manager any risk which may impact on the business.

· You will be required to deliver your role competently and comply with the relevant standards and procedures, ensuring that SBG deliver a service where suitable advice is given to the end consumer, which is adequately recorded and ultimately promotes valuable customer outcomes. You will need to monitor workplace practice in line with these policies and procedures and deal firmly with any instances of non-compliance.

· You will need to achieve 6-star service delivery through embedding the 6-star service objectives into to the team culture. You will be required to encourage and exhibit the behaviours that fit within the SBG service charters, leading the team to ensure a clear vision of what 6-star service means for the team, ensuring that service is at the forefront of decision-making processes.
