We are looking for a responsible and experienced E-Commerce Manager to manage our day-to-day operations across marketplaces such as Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon, etc. The candidate should be comfortable working on computers and must have hands-on experience with Elite Ecom software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily e-commerce operations across multiple marketplaces.
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule shipments and courier pickups on time.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, shipped and delivered orders.
- Handle returns, RTOs, wrong returns, missing products and damaged returns.
- Raise and follow up on claims/tickets for wrong, missing or damaged returns.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve issues and recover losses.
- Monitor shipping, delivery and return-related problems.
- Manage orders and operations through Elite Ecom software.
- Maintain accurate inventory and update stock when required.
- Monitor seller dashboards, notifications and marketplace performance.
- Handle product listings, catalogue updates and basic marketplace requirements.
- Prepare and maintain daily operational reports.
- Identify operational issues and take timely action to prevent losses.




- Coordinate with warehouse/packing teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure all marketplace orders and tasks are completed within deadlines.

Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Elite Ecom is mandatory.
- Good computer knowledge and ability to work efficiently on e-commerce software.
- Previous experience managing Meesho, Flipkart, Myntra, Amazon or similar marketplaces preferred.
- Good understanding of order processing, shipping, returns, RTO and seller support tickets.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to independently manage the complete day-to-day e-commerce operation and ensure that no order, return, claim or marketplace issue is missed. Important: Candidates without practical experience in Elite Ecom will not be considered.

Pay: ₹12,737.57 - ₹25,000.00 per month
