Senior E-commerce Manager – D2C Brand

About the Role

HealthSense is looking for a highly hands-on Senior E-commerce Manager who has experience growing an individual D2C / consumer brand across online marketplaces.

Our primary requirement is someone who understands Amazon deeply , has experience scaling sales for a brand, understands the numbers behind profitable growth and can manage a team to execute the plan.

This is not a marketplace/platform-side role. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked inside a D2C or consumer brand and have been directly responsible for its e-commerce growth.

The person will work closely with the Founder and will have the opportunity to grow into a larger E-commerce Head / Business Head role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and grow HealthSense sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce and other online channels .
- Build monthly and annual sales plans by channel, category and SKU.
- Take direct responsibility for achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Deeply understand Amazon including sales, rankings, conversion, pricing, promotions, inventory, reviews and advertising .
- Track and improve ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, contribution margin and overall marketplace profitability .
- Identify why particular products/categories are growing or declining and take corrective action.
- Plan and execute new product launches on marketplaces.
- Develop pricing, promotional and marketplace event strategies.
- Work with the marketing/AMS team to ensure advertising delivers profitable incremental sales.
- Build and scale business across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other Quick Commerce platforms .
- Work closely with Product,



Sourcing and Supply Chain teams for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Avoid stock-outs of key products while maintaining healthy inventory levels.
- Analyse competition, category trends and marketplace data to identify current growth opportunities.
- Manage the e-commerce team with clear targets, reviews and accountability.
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reviews covering sales, profitability, advertising, inventory and growth opportunities.
- Work directly with the Founder on major growth initiatives and execution.

What We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of e-commerce / D2C experience.
- Must have worked inside a D2C / consumer brand .
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon India is essential .
- Experience with Flipkart and/or Quick Commerce is preferred.
- Proven experience growing an individual brand/category on e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and performance metrics.
- Commercial understanding of sales, margins, pricing, advertising spends and profitability .
- Experience managing a team.
- Strong analytical and Excel/data skills.
- High ownership and execution-oriented mindset.

Most Important We are not looking only for someone who has managed marketplace operations.

We want someone who can demonstrate:

“I was responsible for Brand/Category X. When I took over, online sales were ₹X per month/year. I helped scale them to ₹Y within Z months/years.”

Candidates with hands-on experience scaling a D2C / consumer brand on Amazon and other online channels will be strongly preferred.

Growth Opportunity

This role offers significant ownership and direct exposure to the Founder.

For the right performer, the role can evolve into Head of E-commerce / Business Head , with responsibility for a larger part of the HealthSense business.
