ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive/Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital marketing across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands driven mindset to improve ROI and customer acquisition.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across:

· Google Ads

· Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

· LinkedIn Ads

· YouTube Ads

· Other performance channels

Manage campaign budgets and optimize:

· CPC

· CPL

· CAC

· ROAS

· ROI

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using:

· Google Analytics

· Google Tag Manager

· Meta Business Manager

· Reporting dashboards

Create A/B tests for

· Ad creative’s

· Landing pages

· Audience segments

· Ad copies

Conduct audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creative’s.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights.

Track conversions, attribution models,



and funnel performance.

Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

HIRING COMPETENCIES

Qualification, Mandate Knowledge & Skills

· Robust analytical and reporting skills.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in performance marketing/digital marketing.

Strong knowledge

· PPC advertising

· Paid social campaigns

· Conversion optimization

· Retargeting strategies

Hands-on experience with:

· Google Ads

· Google Analytics

· Google Tag Manager

· Meta Ads Manager

Good understanding of:

· SEO basics

· Landing page optimization

· Marketing funnels
