We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our online store. The ideal candidate will help manage product listings, orders, inventory, customer queries, promotions, and marketplace activities to ensure a smooth shopping experience and efficient ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.

- Process and monitor online orders, shipments, cancellations, returns, and refunds.

- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams.

- Respond to customer queries and resolve basic order-related issues.

- Monitor product availability, pricing, and website/marketplace performance.

- Assist with promotional campaigns, discounts, and new product launches.

- Maintain accurate ecommerce records and reports.

- Identify listing errors and ensure product information is accurate and up to date.

- Monitor competitors, pricing, and marketplace trends.

- Support daily ecommerce operations across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, or other marketplaces.

Requirements





- 0–3 years of experience in ecommerce, online retail, marketplace operations, or a similar role.

- Valuable knowledge of ecommerce platforms and marketplace operations.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Positive written and verbal communication.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of inventory and order-management systems.

- Basic understanding of ecommerce analytics and digital marketing.

- Experience with product catalog management and SEO-friendly product descriptions.
