Compensation: Fixed ₹10,000/month + Commission on all sales (Potential to earn ₹50,000+ per month based on performance)
: We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tata Ace CNG (Chhota Hathi) driver to drive our mobile sales vehicle across the villages of Savli, Halol, Kalol, and Jarod. Your primary responsibility is to navigate rural routes, promote products directly in villages, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities: Drive and manage a Tata Ace CNG vehicle on designated rural routes daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Roam through village markets and residential areas to sell products directly to rural customers. Maintain vehicle safety and basic upkeep.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Valid Driving License: Must possess a valid commercial/light motor vehicle driving license.
Route Knowledge: Thorough, hands-on knowledge of village routes and roads in Savli, Halol, Kalol, and Jarod.
Strictly No Alcohol: Zero tolerance policy for alcohol consumption. Habitual drinkers or anyone under the influence during duty hours will be terminated immediately.
Honesty, punctuality, and robust communication skills to deal with rural customers.
