Requirements
Diploma/B.E. Mechanical / Production Engineering.
Experience in fabrication, signboard, structural steel, or engineering manufacturing units.
Robust knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, and structural works.
Ability to manage factory operations and workforce.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
Leadership, problem-solving, and planning skills.
Bond Period: Minimum 1 Year (if applicable by company policy)
