Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Assistance: Greet and assist passengers at the airport. Help them with check-in procedures, answer queries, and ensure they have a pleasant travel experience.
Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage. Ensure that all baggage is handled carefully to prevent any damage during transit.
Safety and Security: Follow all safety and security protocols diligently. This includes checking travel documents and ensuring compliance with airline regulations.
Communication: Act as a liaison between passengers and airline staff. Provide timely updates about flight schedules and address any concerns passengers may have.
Team Coordination: Work closely with other ground staff and departments. Collaborate effectively to ensure smooth airport operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi,



enabling them to interact effectively with passengers. Attention to detail is essential, especially in handling sensitive passenger information and luggage.
