Position: Staff Nurse

Department: Nursing / Patient Care

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
Prepare and maintain patient records, charts, and reports.
Ensure proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection control measures in the hospital.
Educate patients and their families about health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
Respond promptly to emergencies and follow hospital protocols.
Maintain proper inventory of medicines, consumables, and nursing supplies.
Coordinate with doctors, other nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient care.
Follow ethical and skilled standards as per nursing code of conduct.





Qualifications & Skills:
GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Registered with the State Nursing Council.
Prior experience in hospital/clinical setting preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.

Work Conditions:
Rotational shifts, including night duty.
Exposure to clinical and emergency situations.
Collaborative team workplace.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
