Key Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during dental procedures
Prepare and sterilize instruments according to clinic protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms
Help manage patient flow and appointment readiness
Support infection control and sterilization procedures
Comfort and engage with patients during treatment
Assist with dental materials, charting, and documentation as required
Ensure treatment areas are stocked and well-maintained
Coordinate with the reception team when necessary

What We're Looking For
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not mandatory
Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
Friendly, patient, and compassionate personality
Comfortable interacting with children and parents
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English
Professional appearance and positive attitude




Ability to work efficiently in a team workplace
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization

Preferred Qualifications
Dental Assistant certification (if available)
Prior experience in a dental clinic or healthcare setting (freshers can apply)
Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols
