Key Responsibilities
Drive Home Loan business to achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
Manage and monitor the performance of branches within the assigned territory.
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain Branch Managers, Sales Managers, Relationship Officers, and other sales team members.
Develop and implement business strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, DSAs, connectors, and referral partners.
Identify recent business prospects and expand the company's presence in the assigned market.
Monitor daily sales activities, customer acquisition, and conversion ratios.
Ensure adherence to company policies, operational guidelines, and credit processes.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, Technical, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, and collection efficiency within the assigned area.
Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and market analysis.
Prepare and present MIS reports, business forecasts, and sales performance reports to senior management.




Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation standards.
