Job Requirements
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager Safety to join our team in overseeing safety protocols for our residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, with a focus on ensuring the safety of all individuals on our construction sites.

Responsibilities:
Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures on residential construction sites
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
Investigate and report on any safety incidents or near misses
Collaborate with project managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Stay up to date on industry best practices and regulations related to safety

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
Proven experience in safety management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and other safety standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills




Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
