Job Summary

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented GSA / Stewards to ensure excellent guest experience, smooth table service and support daily caf / restaurant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly and assist with seating
Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service
Serve food and drinks as per brand standards and presentation guidelines
Ensure tables, service areas and guest zones are clean, organized and well set at all times
Support guests with menu knowledge, basic recommendations and order clarifications
Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth order flow
Handle guest requests, basic concerns and service recovery in a polite and skilled manner




Assist in billing and payment process whenever required
Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards strictly as per company SOPs
Support opening and closing duties of the outlet
Assist supervisors and shift managers in daily operational requirements.

Candidate Profile
Prior experience as GSA / Steward / Service Staff in a caf, restaurant or hotel preferred
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Guest-focused attitude and positive body language
Ability to work in shifts, weekends and peak hours
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene standards.
