About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Store & Purchase Executive to manage procurement, inventory, and store operations for our fast-growing food business. The ideal candidate will ensure timely purchasing, maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and support smooth day-to-day operations across the commissary and outlets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and other operational supplies.
Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
Compare quotations and negotiate prices to achieve cost savings.
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of materials.
Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly physical inventory counts.
Coordinate stock transfers between commissary and outlets.
Maintain purchase documentation, GRNs, invoices, and stock registers.




Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Finance teams to ensure uninterrupted supply.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Stores, Procurement, or Inventory Management.
Experience in QSR, Cloud Kitchen, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Hospitality is preferred.
Good knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory/ERP software.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
