Key Responsibilities:
Identification, evaluation, and onboarding of recent vendors.
Vendor capability assessment and qualification.
Cost optimization through supplier development and negotiations.
Coordination with Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams for supplier development activities.
Monitoring supplier performance on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Service parameters.
Support localization and alternate source development initiatives.
Conduct supplier audits and implement corrective actions where required.
Maintain vendor development records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in Vendor Development, Supplier Development, Purchase, or Supply Chain Management.
Positive understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and supplier management.
Robust negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
