Job Overview:-

Macshell Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and quick learners to join our team as Support Engineer. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.

Training will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities
Assist in software installation and implementation for clients.
Provide basic software support to customers over phone, WhatsApp, or remote sessions.
Guide users on how to use the software.
Coordinate with clients for software setup and issue resolution.
Record customer queries and follow up until they are resolved.
Work with the technical team whenever advanced support is required.




Prepare simple reports and maintain support records.
Visit client locations when required.

Eligibility
Bachelor's Degree (BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, B.Tech, B.Com Computer Applications, BBA, or any Computer-related Graduation).
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Willingness to learn current software and technologies.
Ready to travel for client visits whenever required.

Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
Basic understanding of computer systems and software.
Valuable communication and customer handling skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
