Retail Store Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned retail stores.
Build and maintain solid relationships with store partners.
Understand store requirements and ensure timely support.

Order Management
Receive and process orders from retail stores.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch teams for order fulfillment.
Track order status and ensure timely deliveries.
Communicate delivery updates and resolve any order-related issues.

Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with transporters and delivery partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time deliveries.
Resolve logistics-related challenges to minimize delays.

Customer Support & Query Resolution
Handle product, order, delivery, and service-related queries from stores.
Coordinate with relevant departments for quick issue resolution.




Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.

Payment Follow-up
Track outstanding payments from retail partners.
Follow up professionally to ensure timely collections.
Coordinate with the finance team for payment reconciliation and account updates.

Coordination & Operations
Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, and Operations teams.
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Prepare daily reports on orders, deliveries, pending payments, and customer concerns.
Identify process improvement prospects to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
