Role & responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor refrigeration and cold storage projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with design, purchase, production, site, and commissioning teams.
Review BOQs, P&ID; drawings, layouts, and engineering documents.
Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, material availability, and resource utilization.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, inspection records, and project closure reports.




Support procurement planning and material follow-up for smooth project execution.
Travel to project sites for execution, monitoring, and commissioning activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project execution.
Experience in refrigeration, cold storage, HVAC, industrial projects, or turnkey project execution preferred.
Solid knowledge of P&ID;, BOQ, engineering drawings, and project planning.
Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for project site visits.
