About Us

Fabric Tales is a rapid-growing e-commerce brand offering premium unstitched suiting and shirting fabrics across India. We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Associate to join our team and support the day-to-day functioning of our store and online business.

Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order processing including preparing, packing, and dispatching.
Courier Coordination: Liaise with shipping/courier partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
Customer Support: Handle inbound customer queries, confirm COD orders, and resolve issues professionally.
Cataloging & Photography: Assist with product photography, catalog management,



and online product listings.
Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly reports for sales, inventory, and operations using Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Skills
Recent Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of Excel and computer applications.
Strong communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work physically from our store in Kalupur, Ahmedabad.
