Sound knowledge of LVP manufacturing, including solution preparation, filtration, filling, sealing, and packing operations.
Robust understanding of aseptic processing, cleanroom practices, and contamination control.
Hands-on experience in terminal sterilization, autoclave operations, equipment changeovers, and CIP/SIP systems.
Thorough knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, GDP, data integrity.
Solid leadership, manpower management, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills
