Legal Position

Description

- Represent the company in legal proceedings.

- Protect the company against legal risks and violations.

- Drafting or Vetting legal agreements/ Contracts etc.

- Drafting of Show Cause Notice / Warning memo

Responsibilities

- Representing company in different courts related to legal / labour proceedings before the Labour Court / Industrial Tribunal / State Consumer Forum or higher forum / High Court/ City Civil Courts with the help of Legal Representative

- Conduct of Enquiry of mis-conduct against employees

Requirements and skills

- Labour law experience of 2+ Years.

- Good negotiation and communications skills

- Must have LLB or LLM from Bar council of India

- Posses own commute to travel within Bengaluru

- Posses positive computer knowledge (email, word)

- Working in a Hospital would be an added advantage.
