Role Description The Distributor Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Warangal. This role involves managing relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. Day-to-day activities include visiting customer locations, presenting product information, negotiating orders, tracking sales performance,



and coordinating with internal teams for timely delivery and after-sales support.

The Specialist will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high service standards while maintaining accurate records of accounts and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive distributor performance and achieve targets.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to maintain long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain product features and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Experience in the automotive or related industry, with familiarity with distributor or channel sales preferred.
