Learning & Growth opportunity for a professional to assist in dispatch operations at a reputed valve manufacturing company in Kolkata EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate in commerce or a related field. COMPETENCY

1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse / Logistic operations , Supply chain , preferably in an industrial manufacturing set up.

Knowledge on domestic dispatch documents (invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, etc.).

proficient in using of ERP, SAP or equivalent

Competent to do routine email communication in English with respect to despatch with transporters and customers.

Ability to manage correspondences with internal departments( Packing, stores, Sales)

Must be a Quick Learner RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for all activities related to the daily desptach operations which includes

Prepare invoices,



delivery challans, e-way bills, and other required documents.

Check and verify of product codes, quantities, and customer details before dispatch.

Work closely with packing department to align dispatch schedules.

Coordinate with transporters and track shipment

Despatch entry in ERP system

Despatch status related communication with transporters

Coordinate with internal departments - Sales and Marketing, Stores, Packing and accounts team as and when required. Perks and Perks:

Range of gross salary INR 25K - 35K per month, based on candidates competency level.
