Key Responsibilities Manage India-based teams handling contract review, abstraction, negotiation, and lifecycle management.

Ensure delivery excellence in line with client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Serve as the escalation point for India clients and internal teams.

Work with Technology and Process Excellence teams to implement automation and process improvements.

Track and report performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, SLA adherence, CSAT) to senior management.

Contribute to regional business development through solutioning and client engagement.

Mentor and upskill team members to support growth opportunities and service excellence.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or related field （LLB or equivalent preferred).

15+ years of experience in contract management or legal services, with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Experience managing teams in India and working with regional/global clients.

Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-based contract tools.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
