Job Summary

We are looking for a senior real estate investment professional to lead Capital Markets, Investment and Asset Management activities. The role will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, driving transaction execution, raising capital, managing institutional investor relationships and maximizing portfolio/asset returns.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Markets &

- Investment

- Lead real estate investment and capital market transactions across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use assets.

- Identify and originate investment opportunities through strong relationships with institutional investors, PE funds, AIFs, family offices, HNIs and financial institutions.

- Evaluate acquisition, investment and divestment opportunities through detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies.

- Lead end-to-end transaction execution including due diligence, valuation, structuring, negotiation and closure.

- Develop investment proposals, financial models, IC notes and transaction presentations.

Asset Management

- Develop and implement asset-level strategies to improve portfolio performance, cash flows, valuation and investor returns.

- Monitor asset performance, budgets, business plans, leasing, sales, project progress and exit strategies.

- Work closely with development, leasing, sales, finance and project teams to maximize asset value.

- Identify opportunities for asset repositioning, refinancing, acquisition and divestment.

Fund Raising &
- Investor Relations

- Build and maintain relationships with PE/REPE funds, AIFs, sovereign funds, institutional investors, family offices and HNIs.





- Support fund raising, structured finance and equity/debt transactions.

- Prepare investor presentations, financial models, investment memorandums and fund-level reports.

- Manage ongoing investor communication and reporting.

Leadership &
- Strategy

- Develop and execute the organization's real estate investment and capital market strategy.

- Lead and mentor investment/asset management professionals.

- Provide strategic insights to senior management on market opportunities, investment risks and portfolio performance.

- Drive negotiations with investors, lenders, developers, partners and other stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate

- 12-20 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Investment, Capital Markets, Private Equity/REPE, AIF, Investment Banking or Asset Management.

- Solid exposure to real estate transactions, investment analysis and deal execution.

- Proven network among institutional investors, PE funds, AIFs, family offices and financial institutions.

- Strong understanding of real estate valuation, financial modelling, investment structuring and portfolio management.

- Excellent commercial, negotiation, leadership and relationship-management skills.

- Mumbai-based candidates with strong investor/deal networks will be preferred.
