Organisation Description: Kreativity League is a national-level initiative focused on nurturing problem-solving, critical thinking, and creativity in learners aged 9–17, particularly those in grades 4–12. Through the Kreativity League 2026 programs and competitions—RoboQuest, CodeQuest, STEMcult, Kreativity Show and STEMpreneur—participants apply core STEM concepts to real-world problem statements and present their solutions on a national platform. The initiative engages experienced professionals to guide and mentor participants, ensuring their skills are strengthened in a structured, high-impact environment.

Final rounds are hosted at India’s premier institute IIT Delhi, with top performers receiving opportunities to visit NUS, Singapore, Incubation support and STEM scholarships etc..

About the Role The Director – Innovation Programs & National Competitions will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of Kreativity League 2026 and other national education initiatives.

This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

Lead the planning and execution of Kreativity League and other national education initiatives.

Prepare annual event roadmaps, budgets, execution plans, and timelines.

Build scalable processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Program Management

Manage project timelines from launch to finale.





Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Academics, Technology, Finance, and Operations.

Ensure smooth execution across multiple zonal and national events.

School & Partner Engagement

Build relationships with schools, principals, educational institutions, universities, and government bodies.

Coordinate with zonal host schools and venue partners.

Develop strategic partnerships to expand program reach.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor cross-functional teams.

Manage vendors, volunteers, consultants, judges, and event partners.

Conduct weekly review meetings and ensure timely execution.

Event Operations

Oversee registrations, logistics, venue readiness, competition operations, hospitality, branding, and event-day execution.

Ensure risk mitigation and contingency planning for all major events.

Sponsorship & Partnerships

Support sponsorship acquisition and CSR collaborations.

Coordinate with industry partners, universities, and innovation ecosystem stakeholders.

Budget & Reporting

Prepare and monitor budgets.

Track KPIs, registrations, conversion rates, and event performance.

Present regular progress reports to the leadership team.

Desired Candidate

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, Education, or a related field (MBA preferred).





8–15 years of experience in program management, large-scale events, education, conferences, or community initiatives.

Experience managing multi-city or national events.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent planning, budgeting, negotiation, and execution abilities.

Comfortable travelling across India as required.
