Role Description This full time, on-site Director role at Région académique Nouvelle-Aquitaine, based in Gautam Buddha Nagar, is responsible for leading strategic planning and overseeing the implementation of educational policies and programs across the region. The Director will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with institutional partners and public authorities, and ensure that academic initiatives align with national and regional objectives.

Daily activities include setting priorities, monitoring performance indicators, managing budgets and resources, and preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. The Director will also drive continuous improvement in academic services, support innovation in teaching and learning, and uphold compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements. The role involves frequent collaboration, decision-making, and representation of the organization in meetings, forums, and public events.

- Master’s degree or equivalent in education, public policy, administration, management, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work on-site in Gautam Buddha Nagar and collaborate effectively with local, regional, and national stakeholders.
