Role Description The Director of Analytics at PInterview is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the organization’s data strategy and analytics initiatives. This role includes overseeing data collection, cleaning, and integration across the platform, and building dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights on user behavior, product performance, and business outcomes.

The Director of Analytics will design and implement analytical models to improve recommendation systems, optimize user engagement, and support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day activities involve collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to define metrics, run experiments, and translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations.



The person in this role will also mentor analytics and data team members, establish best practices, and ensure data governance and compliance standards are met.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical foundation with skills in Analytical Skills and Data Analysis to interpret complex datasets and inform business decisions.
- Proficiency in Data Analytics and Data Science to design experiments, build models, and generate insights that improve platform performance.
- Solid understanding of Statistics to develop hypotheses, perform statistical testing, and ensure the reliability and validity of analytical results.
- Experience leading analytics or data teams, including setting strategy, managing projects, and mentoring team members.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL or similar query languages.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in data science (e.g., Python or R) and modern data infrastructure and pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in EdTech, online learning, or talent and recruitment platforms is a plus, along with a demonstrated interest in career development and interview preparation.
