AMSOL IT Private Limited is looking for a Director – Investment & Business Growth who can play a key role in driving the company's growth by bringing in potential investors, strategic partnerships, and new business opportunities.

We are looking for a highly connected, entrepreneurial, and business-oriented professional who can leverage their network and experience to identify and facilitate investment opportunities and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect the company with potential investors, HNIs, venture capital firms, private equity firms, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with investors and business leaders.
- Generate and facilitate investment and funding opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth avenues.
- Present the company's vision, business model, growth plans, and investment opportunities to potential investors.
- Support discussions and negotiations with prospective investors and strategic partners.
- Leverage professional networks and industry connections to create meaningful business opportunities.
- Work closely with the management team on investment, business development, and growth strategies.
- Contribute directly to increasing the company's revenue, market presence, and overall business value.
- Represent the company in relevant investor, business, and industry meetings.

Compensation Performance-Based Compensation

There is no fixed salary or predetermined budget for this position.

Compensation will be performance-based and linked to the candidate's contribution to the company's net revenue and business growth, with a proposed 5% compensation on applicable net revenue and growth contribution, subject to mutually agreed terms and company policies.
