Job Title: Director – India Contract Solutions

Position Overview The Director, India Contract Solutions, will oversee the delivery of contract lifecycle management services for UnitedLex’s India-based. This role focuses on operational leadership, client satisfaction, and leveraging technology to enhance contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage India-based teams handling contract review, abstraction, negotiation, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure delivery excellence in line with client SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as the escalation point for India clients and internal teams.
- Work with Technology and Process Excellence teams to implement automation and process improvements.
- Track and report performance metrics (e.g., turnaround times, SLA adherence, CSAT) to senior management.
- Contribute to regional business development through solutioning and client engagement.
- Mentor and upskill team members to support growth opportunities and service excellence.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, or related field (LLB or equivalent preferred).




- 15+ years of experience in contract management or legal services, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing teams in India and working with regional/global clients.
- Familiarity with CLM platforms and AI-based contract tools.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

- Achievement of client SLAs and CSAT scores.
- Efficiency improvements and cost savings via process optimization.
- Growth and retention of high-performing teams.
- Client satisfaction and renewal/expansion of CMS engagements.
