: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, self-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to own and execute our digital marketing efforts across SEO, AEO, CRO, social media, and email/CRM channels. This is a remote position requiring availability during US Eastern Time business hours.

⏰ Timezone: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

? Salary: ₹25,000/month (INR), paid in two installments of ₹12,500 every 15 days

Work Schedule

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (EST/EDT)

Local Shift Equivalent: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift, India Standard Time)

Work Mode: Remote

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL) for funnels, automations, and pipelines
- Design marketing creatives and social media assets using Canva
- Plan, schedule, and manage email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-driven search and answer engines
- Run CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) initiatives — landing page testing, funnel analysis, A/B testing
- Create and publish engaging social media posts across relevant platforms
- Leverage AI tools (Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, ChatGPT) to improve marketing workflows, content creation, and productivity




- Identify opportunities and independently kickstart new marketing initiatives without heavy oversight
- Report on campaign performance and suggest data-backed improvements

Candidate Requirements

- Must be available to work 9 AM–5 PM Eastern Time (night shift locally, approx. 6:30 PM–3:30 AM)
- Must have a personal laptop and stable, reliable internet connection
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced, remote-first environment

Compensation ₹25,000/month (INR), paid in two installments of ₹12,500 every 15 days
