We're Looking For A proactive Social Media Manager who will own our day-to-day social-media and digital-content requirements. The person should identify and curate relevant content, coordinate internal and external creative resources, manage vendors, track performance and provide clear progress reports to the Senior Management team.

Core Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day content calendar, content creation, approvals and publishing for LinkedIn,



Instagram and Facebook. Curate content based on business requirements and employee-engagement activities conducted on the floor, including training, recognition, celebrations, workshops, team activities and other company initiatives. Ensure social-media content is timely, platform-appropriate, aligned with the brand and reflective of the actual level of activity within the organization.

Manage the company website through the appointed third-party partner and conduct a structured review every six months to identify content that must be added, edited, updated or removed. Coordinate outsourced SEO and AIO activities. Understand the scope and expected outcomes, track vendor progress, review reports and present meaningful updates to the Senior Management team.
