Responsibilities

- Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, blogs, email marketing, and websites.

- Social Media Management: Help manage and schedule posts on our clients social media platforms. Monitor social media engagement and report on performance.

- Email Marketing: Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, managing contact lists, and analyzing campaign results.

- SEO and SEM: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines (SEO) and support paid advertising campaigns (SEM).

- Analytics and Reporting: Collect and analyze data from various marketing campaigns. Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Market Research: Conduct research on the industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to provide valuable insights for marketing strategies.

- Communication: Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective communication and project coordination. Assist in client meetings and presentations.

- Graphic Design: Basic graphic design skills are a plus, as you may be required to create simple graphics for social media posts or emails.

- Ad Hoc Projects: Assist in other marketing-related projects and tasks as needed.

Experience

- Holding 0-1 year of experience in the Digital Marketing field.

Technical qualification and skills

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.





- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with graphic design tools is a plus.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in marketing, communication, business, or related field is preferred. Only Bachelor s degree candidates are preferred.

- Digital marketing certification is a plus.

Soft skills

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

- Understanding the American English accent would be an added advantage.

- Ability to work as a team player and multitask.
