Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 2 years of hands-on experience to spearhead the organic growth engine at ApprovalGuru. In this role, your primary mission will be to build high-quality content, optimize our search visibility, and establish our brand as the ultimate authority for real estate and compliance approvals (CMDA, DTCP, etc.) in Tamil Nadu.

This is a 100% In-Office position based out of our Chennai office, designed for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Organic Content Creation: Draft engaging, easy-to-understand blog posts, service pages, and guides simplifying real estate compliance, land conversions, and building approvals.
- SEO Management: Perform end-to-end on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to boost website rankings and drive high-intent organic traffic.
- Social Media & Branding: Plan and execute creative content calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to organically build our professional community.
- Local SEO Execution: Manage, update, and optimize our Google Business Profile to capture high-intent local search queries from property buyers and developers.
- Website Copywriting: Write and refine compelling copy for landing pages, ensuring they effectively convert organic visitors into business leads.
- Tracking & Optimization:



Monitor organic growth performance weekly using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to refine content strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in content marketing or organic SEO.
- SEO Tools: Solid hands-on knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and keyword research tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz or Ubersuggest).
- Content Skills: Exceptional written English communication with the ability to turn complex legal/compliance topics into clear, engaging content.
- CMS Familiarity: Experience uploading and formatting blogs/content within WordPress.
- Bonus Asset: A basic understanding of the real estate, property development, or construction landscape in Tamil Nadu is a major advantage.
