ABOUT THE ROLE

ELM Livings is looking for a results-driven performance marketing executive to manage and scale our digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running ads it is about generating qualified leads, controlling acquisition costs and driving measurable business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for furniture and home interior projects.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
- Create and test different ad campaigns, creatives, copies, and offers.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Set up and manage remarketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content creator for ad creatives, videos, and promotional content.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Track leads from advertising platforms through CRM/WhatsApp and sales follow-up.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.




- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Stay updated with Meta, Google Ads, and digital advertising trends.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads.
- Lead Generation and Conversion Campaigns.
- Audience Research and Targeting.
- Campaign Optimization.
- Google Analytics / GA4.
- Google Tag Manager knowledge will be an advantage.
- Pixel and Conversion API knowledge will be an advantage.
- Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Good communication and analytical skills.

EXPERIENCE

We are looking for candidates with practical experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous campaign experience and explain key performance metrics such as

- Ad Spend
- Leads Generated
- Cost Per Lead
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Revenue Generated

KEY

This is a hands-on performance marketing role.

Candidates who have only managed social media pages or created posts but have no practical paid advertising experience may not be suitable.
